Some of you have asked questions such as "How much to buy one?" "Why not make jackets for the homeless instead?" Sorry, these are not for sale. It wouldn’t be appropriate to give a homeless person a $200 handmade genuine leather jacket. It would make more sense to instead buy him a warm $40 jacket, and give him $160 for food.
A number of you have already sent in your names, but here’s how it will work. I will mention within the text of my blog (3 or 4 times a month) that a new jacket is finished. I will then give the email address, and those of you who would like to be in the draw will need to then respond with your name. I will contact the winner for his or her address.
